...y week you will see adertisement regarding job opening. 90 days notice period. delay in salary. worst director. Always fire and use abusing words. never pay to vendors. more than 30 vendors have made police complaint about the company.

Being a mechanical engineer company has a lot to offer you, specifically knowledge about core mechanical manufacturing process. As a part of your work you'll be hired in any specific dept., but you'll get chance to work with almost every dept, such as Design, quality, production which I personally think will be fruitful to me from career growth point of view. It's good to work here, atleast my work helps me in believing that I'm an engineer.

Late marking system. Poor salary. No facilities. You come ,you work, you go home. Overtime here I believe dont exist still you'll be asked to wait even after the shift time. No perks and allowances. Hope they increase the break time from 30 min to an hour or 45 mins atleast. One more thing which I don't like is every Saturday working, atleast it should be alternate Saturday's.

...lients. Staffs are supportive as well as the directors of the company. Salaries are paid on time. Overall, 6 months working in Precimax Engineers are good and a learning adventure. Suggestions: 1). Employees should be given more support & help in their work. 2). Incentives should be a good source of attraction for the employees.

Its a good platform for freshers to start a career with... And there are many things to learn here in real life which you not taught in your academic campus. Working culture is good. You'll learn here some professional ethics too. You get chance to work in design, quality inspection, sometimes assisting purchase and production dept too which is a good chance to master your skills here. Seniors just don't give up on their juniors untill juniors understand the work. They'll ask to do work but also help in every possible way.

There is no PF in this company, instead 10% of your salary is deducted on the name of company policy, and the collected 10% amount from every salary will be disbursed to employee after 3 years. Also there is no salary slip i.e proof of work period

Security deposit of around 10% is deducted from your limited salary and not informed in advanced. Even offer latter is also not provided before joining. Work culture is very poor, non supportive staff. Office hours is not fixed.
