The directors are very open and honest .We can reach them very easily and discussed our technical and personal issue.

Some top officer is corrupted and misuse the power and misguide to directors. Many careless employee affet and the loss in the growth of company.

Management don't think about employees they only support to managers who plays politics.. unnecessary pressure and bad words are using to entertain.. only chamchas log will stick to boss so boss benefits them.. other people have no space here.. if you are thinking in to join don't do such felony.. Work anywhere else except this. Only design department is ok.. manufacturing dept. Is joke and you'll never grow here because of politics

No stability specifically in machine sales department. In last ten years 6-7 Sales people has left Precihole. No system in Sales department. No distribution of work or responsibilities. They keep on hiring Sales people without any proper objective and agenda, which is waste of time and energy for new employee. They expect result in short time, don't give enough time to settle down.
