Company is good, salary is good, HO support is also good, but reporting manager don't have manner to talk with employees.

Dislikes

Precia Molen india is direct subsidary of Precia Molen france, work culture for Service Engineer is not so good. Continuious pressure to complete the job and continuious travelling with only sunday rest. Sometime have to do job on sunday. work -life balance is terrible as you cant do any extra activity after job.
