Skillset will be increased for sure. Technologically advanced in precast construction as compared to any other company in india.

Non professional staff and Behaviour of MD all company is centred towards MD decision even for one penny being a manager you won't be having any rights. a lower subordinate can directly contact to MD that's what There is no respect to managerial position. Even for small things we have to take permission of MD..all staff are busy in pleasing MD only... to say psychologically you will not get any mental satisfaction over there.

You can learn about precast technology. Quite good for freshers. Multi-directional responsibilities are given to you

Work environment, different agendas for different people, one man monopoly, a single person decides anything about everything whether right or wrong, excessive mailing regarding everything behavior of top management towards employee is very poor. Lack of proper timely increments.
