Prayosha Expo pvt.Ltd has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere.it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. Prayosha does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process.Thank you so much Prayosha expo Pvt ltd and All team member for wonderfull support for me..

Dislikes

There is nothing bad in this company also I want to give one advice which is good for any company to improve. Never be proud of your position in helping each other.. I have seen this thing to some extent.. But It is not seen completely. It happens in very few cases.. So if others are absent and if you have to work in their absence, never hesitate to do it.. And being loyal to the company is said to be a sign of good employment..

There is something to learn every day in the company and everyone there helps to bring each other forward. And the owner of the main company cares very much how to make the employees happy and every month there is a new game from which everyone learns something new.

Dislikes

Here is given below which I don't like at there : - employees space , interior - according to my view There should be no addiction of any kind within the company ( at least within the company) Because our company working on large scale...in the future. And evey employee have to support this system that within working time...not any typ of addition are allowed it might be using continue mobile , it might be .bad habits like smoking or any other....etc It is only my view ..(just suggestion )

Company's Job Environment and culture is very good. Always Support from all staff and Senior. Every year in between New New Event and Task provide to Employees. Also Every Year arrange picnic 1-2 days. All employees as a Prayosha Family....Now in company's work time start and finish very easily...

Dislikes

In this company, one issue says every employee other employees secret share with all staff.....So employee very disappointed with this problems...so I am also disappointed...
