Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ork pressure. Management is one the best they are polite and ethical persons. Salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month no single day delay will be there .

Dislikes

Some how leave policy needs to be improve . Little delay in promotion and appraisal. You can't balance your working life and personal life as they little hesitate to give leaves as the company employee strength is less for that reason only leave policy is quite disappointing.

...rector is good another one very bad. Management not good Work timings flexible Salary on time

Management very bad, don't listen. Management is nothing here only one director take decession here. His name Start from S Heavy work load. Director call you at 10 pm , 10.30pm, 11pm also. When you're taking ur dinner Very toxic work culture. Director only consider he knows everything.. Leave is not available or possible here. Rude work culture. Single minute, director can terminate you. Please don't join this organisation.

Great working culture, Open minded Boss, I got 2 promotion in my 2 years career and with good hike, If you are good at work , you are the boss in this Organization

Dislikes

Saturday off is not there, we can not blame them as i was handling NON IT clients, They do not have Saturday off
