Before the company split up, the company used to manufacture reliable products. The new team must be really weak.

...it up and so many people lost their jobs after having treated them like outcast. So many former employees have not got their salary settled and I'm sure they will never settle it. If you've got a job offer, my recommendation is reject it. If you are already working here, my suggestion, start looking for a job already.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
