Before the company split up, the company used to manufacture reliable products. The new team must be really weak.

...it up and so many people lost their jobs after having treated them like outcast. So many former employees have not got their salary settled and I'm sure they will never settle it. If you've got a job offer, my recommendation is reject it. If you are already working here, my suggestion, start looking for a job already.

No hierarchy system, uneducated people are working at managerial positions and the directors listen to them either company is going to get a huge loss, they will not listen to you anyhow!!
