...will never get the accreditation. I would suggest nobody to join this hospital. No Job Security,No salary on time the OT and The ICU or Wards have no sanitization.TB patients are kept in General Wards no isolation nothing. Management has no value for patients or the Staff. Its high time such hospitals need to be shutdown.

Worst place to work. No job security at all. Lack of professionalism. They fire anyone just for small reason for leaving half hr early from duty. They keep watch on your car numbers. Management is run by non medics. Unethical practices.

Staffs were coperative, learnt a lot, not that much of work load.

Owner directly terminates on small mistake, there is a famous dialogue they say " kal se mat aana" One staff had an urgency she asked for half day leave but didn't get approval As she has urgent , she left without getting half day leave approval She was terminated by saying , kal se mat aana.

Nearby city centre metro, only location is nice

Upon joining they deduct 10% salary for 10 mo nths, charge 800/- for CBC and they will ask for cash for this health checkup from new joiners, 1600/- for dress. If you come late for half and hour more than 3 days half salary will be deducted, no casual leave , Job security isalways in danger, they check your car number via camera.
