The company culture is good,i like Teamwork over there. Mostly I have to dispense, patient council, and grn etc. I enjoy my work, there is no heavy work load, but management is strict, and rules are also strict. But I enjoying all these things.

The Management is absolutely horrible in my opinion They aren't worthy enough to get Nabh accreditation for once if Nabh doesn't send corrupt people for auditing they will never get the accreditation. I would suggest nobody to join this hospital. No Job Security,No salary on time the OT and The ICU or Wards have no sanitization.TB patients are kept in General Wards no isolation nothing. Management has no value for patients or the Staff. Its high time such hospitals need to be shutdown....Read More

Worst place to work. No job security at all. Lack of professionalism. They fire anyone just for small reason for leaving half hr early from duty. They keep watch on your car numbers. Management is run by non medics. Unethical practices.
