The salary offered was below industry standards, and basic facilities such as cab services were not available for many locations. The office hygiene was extremely poor—restrooms were often unclean and not maintained properly. Additionally, there were no functioning machines for tea, coffee, or even drinking water, which made long shifts even more difficult. Employees are expected to work for nine hours with only a single hour of break, divided into 15 minutes for tea, 15 minutes for bio, and 30 minutes for lunch. Even beyond that, stepping away for a basic necessity like using the restroom is discouraged once your allotted break time is over. Overall, the work culture is restrictive, the environment is demotivating, and the management lacks basic regard for employee welfare.

There is too much partiality I saw in praxis. I think you are not even getting paid according to your worth (your junior will definitely have a good package then you )and they always find opportunities to deduct your Salary. Nobody appreciates you and the one who are not doing anything getting leaves and nobody will sau anything

...nd if they don't have good mood they will spoil your day. Too much of politics. They hold your ½ salary of 1st month and get will cr. You after 1.1 months so much of delay in each and Every work.

1. Work Management: work Management of this company is totally poor, here you have to face internal politics, baised nature of managers and poor management. Managers are totally baised they give preference to selected person only "basically unko jo chatt-te h managers ki humesha". Management work of this company is totally terrible, every company provide weekly orr monthly roaster but here our manager provides roaster on day basis where in which he does modification as per their chattu friends preference. 2. Transport system: transport system is totally poor, yes they provide cabs upto delhi mid but you have to wait for cabs for so long after office and if you miss cab or you want to cancel cab then they deduct money from your salary. 3. Salary & growth: Here you will not get salary of what you deserve and growth is very less for ex: they provide you appraisal of senior associate after one year and they will only increase salary upto 1500-2000only.

Praxis is an ideal company for freshers, it will help you to grow both personal and professional levels. Work culture is very friendly, shifts are flexible here. Transportation, meal, reimbursement , incentives etc are some additional benefits.

There is a growth in the company indeed however salary part is somthing i believe which might make someone to have second thoughts.
