As vendor supervisor , Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...Good work life balance, job pressure is less. High automations in manufacturing. High pressure in sales growth, If you can start with a good salary then you can continue for a long period.

Dislikes

Salary increment is less. As per yearly performance from 7% to 11% on CTC. Medical insurance facility is there but SA is low. Below AGM level salary is low as compared to Industry level. High office lobby culture.

...among MNCs. The good professional relationship between employees and management. Decent compensation structure, on time. Employee friendly company policies.

Dislikes

Not many career development and growth opportunities at present but surely in the upcoming days. Skill development program is an area of improvement here too.

Work environment is good and cultural activities celebrating all festivals yearly once playing games yearly bonus.

Dislike salary is not good and training is not good very slow growth no pramotion lot of politics

It was a tremendous association with Praxair at my part. Persons were working there, given rise to various aspects of life and works. Since being my initial organization,I will always be indebted to Praxair.

Dislikes

Peering transfer policies are to review. Less the manpower,less the flexibility to get transfer to one's choiceful location. I had to disassociate for that particular reason only from Praxair.
