Welcome to your new role in cutting, grinding, painting , upholstery,gluing, furniture making and just about any other work that crosses managements mind irrespective of your position, years of experience and domain of engineering. Design direction is equivalent to a roll of yarn strewn on the floor. Innovation is minimal and job satisfaction dissipates very soon due to overall culture currently in the company. Morale is at all time low with highest rates of attrition. Hiring of freshers in abundance with expectation of building an amazing product with items probably purchased from your nearby furniture shop. Management has non professional attitude right from the beginning simply due to no foundation in an actual automotive domain where engineering is to be proven out and not claimed to be what it is based on whims and fancies. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
