...cies. I know people who were asked to leave tomorrow when called for a meeting. Compensation: Appraisal just because it has to be given so around 2% in monthly salary. Less than market value packages for experienced people. Good starting package for freshers though. Work in the team: Nobody helps you learn but you need to learn to survive. This helps in exploring technologies but the thing is once you get a hang of something, you're moved to something else and asked to learn about it again. Team politics here as well, as people are helped based off of how much they are liked by which groups inside the team. People are even promoted and micromanaged based on this category as well rather than the performance.

It is service based company so I was worked mostly at client side

First they give you joining bonus and one fine day the hr text me drop your resignation letter and before completing 1 year they release me so they should not give me bonus.( I served 11 months in company and including 2 month notice period I have 1.1 month of working in company) in pratiti you don't have job security they can fire you any time

Most of the employees work at client premises So work-Life, Company culture, Skill Development wtc parts will depend on which project you're working on.

Best place to work. Very good work culture. You get appreciation and recognition for your hardwork. Company management is also very good. HR team is quite cooperative and helpful as well.

Dislikes

You get good salary during joining and then you get increment based on your performance. Very friendly work culture. Exchange of knowledge also takes place well between team members.
