This company is good for learn and specially for freshers who want startup, i mate nice trainee engineers for team work, political enviourment but helping workers in work, freedom is given for work enviromnet ,always innovative, getting barc navy works and some time special purpose machines. But i learn so much things and good knowledge except design. This is my start up company in mechanical design. SO thanks for that to give a start up chance and sorry for other things what ever i truth writeup below....

Salary is not comfortle, company growth is in speed. Work pressure is less. In starting10 years i spent extra time becoz i was alone in post and i like to work. i have work in other work activities. No manager is there. There can not get appointment letter, salary slip, paid leave facility, expeirence letter, permenant letter, no job security, Company work like thakery raj , i hate politics, some persons getting bonus under table from bb ability, performance not matter. No equality. Some time bad treatment getting except special persons.use and throw things happen sometimes, i all this things happen in every private company in india, so i learn here to face problems and find my way. Sorry if any abusive words.
