One of the best places to work. I am glad i saw the post on ambition box and attended an interview with them. Every thing written about their automation is so true. They are highly automated. Every other place has so much manual work. Best part is that the entire automation is build in house by the partners. Amazing place to work.

Amazing working environment. When compared to other CA firms this firm has automated so much of our work that you only have to apply your mind. Most of the manual work is done by their automation. I havent seen such automation in other CA firms. I Have worked in 3 other CA firms. There is no comparison. The continuously ensure that you are learning.

Not much to say. They have lot of variety of work. So one has to be updated with their knowledge. But they provide lot of internal training. I have taken two trainings and have learnt a lot.

I am fortunate that i found Pratik T & Associates. The work environment is amazing due to its automation that has revolutionised the way CAs work. Unlike other firms where i have worked in the past, they have streamlined so many thinks that we have to focus applying our critical thinking only. All the manual work that other CA firms have has been eliminated here due to their automation. I havent seen such automation elsewhere. Further the company encourages us to take session/ classess for our juniors. This helps us in self development.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
