Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work environment and culture in prathiba global private limited indore very but management is not good and company don't give salary hike beacuse I was working in 1.5 year in same. salary and don't provide bouns every year'

Dislikes

there is a lot of politics and management don't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.
