1. In my 4 year experience Present management is not good in truevalue compare to earlier (in 2021 & 2022 was good) 2. I got a promotion as team leader in aug/2023 but still I didn't get the promotion letter & officially announcement also from the management

Friendly environment like all are one family people working there are down to earth salary comes every first day learned a lot thanks to my Triner Mr Sibin a very good teacher friend no politics

Dislikes

Working like in pressor cooker don't think about your family whatever you do management never satisfied only magical person can survive do more expect nothing over loaded work

1. They treat employees well. 2. Provide responsibilities very often and guage performance. 3. Push employees to showcase leadership capabilities. 4. Encourage for sports activities.

...redit on time this may take more than 4 5 months to credit one month incentives. At the time of leaving job they won't tell us anything they will hold our salary.after notice period they will not respond for call or mails. Even the leaves salary won't be paid by our HR's as they are giving from there pocket.its not worth to work in this company company Wil take work from us but as lik tat dey won't pay for us.🙂

Organization and employees who works there is not friendly they partial between senior and junior . Don't know how to respect women's very unhappy working in this office. I rate 0
