I have very bad experience of working with PIF... The management do not keep their promises which were made at the time of interview as well as they do give any respect to their employees (teachers).

Dislikes

... cannot issue me any legal paper such as joining letter or experience letter.... without giving any notice period they told many of their employees to discontinue the job as the got the replacement at very low salary... I didn't recv the salary of last 15days till date...

The organization works for the purpose of skill development and employment. It benefits the poor and needy. Due to the fact that unemployment is on the rise today, the basic necessities of life such as living, behavior, dress, computer knowledge, employment opportunities - resources, communication, in-depth training are provided free of cost through this organization.
