I worked with pratham for 5 years, and during this pandemic time pratham has releaved me and my other couligues during which we need pratham most.

Dislikes

In pratham there is no scope for engineers to use their ideas, so one should not grow mentally. Also the increment pattern is six monthly but they are giving increment yearly and less than 8%.

Learning and work environment is very good. New technology and new methods are always implemented. Appraisals are good..

Dislikes

Long working hours sometimes does create imbalance in socail life and personal health.
