In government organisations everything is under control of babus they have limited skills and have very little market experience. In fact private professional either have their own private work or who worked have a say to boss worked their.

Very bad department in Central Government. All government employees harashment to Contractual worker any day in any time. He treat contractual worker like a animal. All government official and officers threat any time to contractual worker and saying i will fire you.

Prasar Bharati is a wonderful organisation to work for. While working here one can have the satisfaction of being with the largest public service broadcaster serving the largest democracy. The organisation gives full opportunity for skill development and professional growth. People are quite nice and helpful. The organisation believes in work life balance.Moreover, all its offices are quite modern with decent circulation area inside and with lots of open space outside No problem of parking slots.These things matter a lot particularly when you are supposed to spend real quality time of your life at your work place.

It still continues with the bureaucratic culture inherited from the past. There is more emphasis on being correct with processes and procedures than on actual outcome, But it is changing slowly.
