Labours are very friendly and does what told.

Dislikes

...ur was 12 hours though govt. of India has 8 hours. No holiday 7 days 12 hours. Salary was given after 20 days. Last month salary haven't received yet. Working condition was not good. Food quality was very poor. Behaviour of seniors were very rough.

PSPL HAS SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWING THE BUSINESS IN DIVERSIFIED SEGMENTS. AND ITS VERY GOOD ORGANISATION FOR WORKING

Pspl work for mostly renowned MNC toll manufacturing and its business was seasonal.

Yes it's okay good I have gain lot of things in this company like development skills and team ethics and communication, strong work ethic , group discussions etc.

Dislikes

Actually when they have requirements for work in season time on that time they give us everything like accommodation and food. after completing the season they removed everything.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
