This is a small company so management knows everyone not just by name but personally. Everyone is very helping and they have tried to maintain a healthy working and learning environment as much as possible. The management is actually good since they understand the problems employee in everyday life and not there just to get the work out of their employees. This is rare in my opinion. It is easily a good recommendation to start one's career off.

Dislikes

1. They need to get some really projects to tie their employees for longer period. 2. It works like a service company so they need to turn into product based company.

Small company your visibility is high. But don't try to be here if you are from a MNC. You will be disappointed

Poor Work culture and work life balance. Please understand the people need sometime to learn and perform on the new systems which is not universally recognised.

Apart for work life balance none.! But if you are a fresher you will learn a lot more in a year than a guy in a top tier company learning in 5 year.!
