1)Developer (pranav ashar ) has a good vision for his company 2) working culture

Dislikes

1) very much internal politics by higher management.( Project head is only doing internal politics, only fire staff which he don't like.) 2) working time is not fixed. 3) poor management 4

Worst company n management.not good company culture,boss n CFO treat employee like gada . Remove u anytime. No increment nthg, they show u big dream first . company is small small project there.nthg to like

Hr policy and owner behaviour towards employees, they r watching u all time in cctv pathetic behaviour. Hod don't know the civil knowledge only family relations r there .

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
