Worst company n management.not good company culture,boss n CFO treat employee like gada . Remove u anytime. No increment nthg, they show u big dream first . company is small small project there.nthg to like

Hr policy and owner behaviour towards employees, they r watching u all time in cctv pathetic behaviour. Hod don't know the civil knowledge only family relations r there .

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
