High quality products and has a International business exports in 136 countries. I get to travel all over states in india where our business is done by our company. Another plus point is mine that I work with most of experienced colleagues who is belongs different department and another various cultural backgrounds an we work very happily in this company. I also like companies various products.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but yearly package is not good. The work pressure is almost high. During work time there is no fixed time to work 8 to 9 hours,especially Event time. If company make a better system for export team. That will be very helpful to us.

Company policy are good . appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The work is totally indoor work. It is stock maintainance work. There have future but who will keep their patience for long time to work there he will make future.

The work pressure is very high compairing salary. I oftenly don't get time to take my lunch. I have to work 12-13 hours but no any extra incentive. Just only salary.
