They are very bad pay master and there is no value for employes

The management is not transprant on all aspects even in the last 5 years no one has got their compensation on time and no one has got their full and final settlement after they left in the last 5 years, and especially it has happened to me when I had left the company the stoped picking up my call even they are not ready to help the channel partners who were doing business with the company there is an lot of service issue which the company has washed their hands even they had not paid the compensation for their service centers for years

If they don't want to work with you they will put some task and not release the salary and specially they hold two month salary that you give resign and they don't clear FNF of many sales person including NSM , ZM and Asm even there account person which is working for him from several years.

...at time, it was run by Daughter, son and their father in a Lala company style. Would advise not to join this Obnoxious company where you will not get your salary in time and never full & final dues. Yes, if you wish to punish yourself, it is a suitable place for you. I give Negative (-) rating to this dirty company.

Company adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products produce in production

Company is slow growing. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 12-14 hours for day dispatch.
