1. Newcomers are not welcomed in the right sense and made felt like outsiders 2. Certain employees misbehave with other employees for no reason and no action is taken against them. There is a use of inappropriate tone while addressing by those misbehaving employees and on being opposed they resort to blame shifting. 3. Not all but few trainees concentrate on assessing employees rather than learning in the only limited span of period available for the same. 4. Instead of exploring new concepts and the depth of the same, the focus is on assessing the capabilities of fellow employees which is why those trainees fail to develop a humble approach which is very crucial for future endeavours. 5. There is no confidentiality towards any serious matter or grave instance as it is treated as a piece of entertainment or just another chance of assessment completely ignoring the sensitivity of the circumstances. 6. Notice period is of 2 months which is not good as by the time the person may serve it, their mental capability and self-confidence might get affected in an adverse way. 7. This review is for informational purposes as there are only neutral reviews which mislead the candidates and waste their time and energy. Those neutral reviews were the reason I got misled.

Work exposure is too good in terms of enhancing your profile with respect to Companies Act, 2013 & ROC related work, Listing Compliances (LODR), RBI, NBFC and other miscellaneous authorities. You have to handle your clients independently which gives you confidence towards your working capabilities. I am proud to be part of this organisation.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. You need to handle the pressure if you have the thirst to learn and update your knowledge regularly.
