Less salary and very less increments. Terrible politics. No appreciation for work contribution and all appreciation will be taken by Managers. No growth and no learning. No job security and they can remove permanent employees anytime. No proper corporate ethics. They focus on removing experienced quality resources and come up with reason closing business operations. People who really want to build their career, Pramata is not a right option and they will ruin employees career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No matter if you are giving good quality of work and meeting your targets, they will terminate you even before your fixed term expired. They prioritize contract analyst only when both contract analyst and data Associate are doing same work. They would move you from one project to other because you are working well so there will be job security off but after just as the project seems to stable they would terminate you from the new project and say that there are no further requirements and the termination is even before your term expiration. They will not give you advance notice they will give you a call one day in morning and say "today is your last working day we are terminating your contact in advance because we don't have any requirement" and you access will be deprived just in 15 min of the call So unprofessional & lack of security
