New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Salary on time. Staff is cooperative.

Dislikes

Work pressure is without having stock. They just want targets to be achieved even they don't have enough stock as per the target. Not working on production. No Job security.

They will hire and then force you to resign or drop the paper other wise they will terminate you if you ask for notice period they will not allow you to give notice if resign they will deduct one month sallery on the sake of notice period deduction at the time of full and final settlement..... Totally disappointed culture not availability of the product range Take advance payment from the client and then ask them to wait for the matterial for 2 to 3 weeks could be more than this

First they hire you by telling that for the first 6month you have to work with Prama India after 6 months you will be work on the role the HikVision India Pvt Ltd but after joining you came to know that they had done fraud with you...
