Company belongs to sales and pre sales departments only, service department is the worst department, no support from seniors and service engineers are just puppet who get abused by all the three side, i.e by sales person, by customerr , and by service department senior including manager

Only positive points, company is good for salary purpose, in time medical benifits, in covid situation all the employees were paid without any deduction.

Job security work culture management company policies

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Company was too good in work timings and giving salary on time they are not give pressure to the employee overall it is a good company

Nothing from company norms but there is a communication gap between the coliques at branch level, they can't give respect one an other
