I have worked as a process design engineer in PHS. One of the best place to work learnt a lot about process systems. Good, Amazing and supportive collegues Good management team always supportive and helpful. Work culture is good.

So many years, they put on third party payroll to qualified Engineers, several of non technical people make their lobby and stick at their position year by year. The management point of view the engineers are like helpers or workers.

Work environment and culture was good.Team member also helpful, company policy is good but not security in job.

Management is not address employees issues also no career growth, Salary increment is also not as per market level
