Bhavani hyd branch head and his close friend sreenivasa rao are both guys damaged the entire orgnaization for their personal benefits and encouraging who are not working and throwing dog biscuits to them I have worked almost 5 years and came out with dissatisfaction.

There were no discussions on the floor when mandatory work rules were implemented. They don't give employees any opportunity to voice their opinions about the rules. They don't give any importance to employees decisions.

Not much stress. Not much problems in leave approvals. No disturbance when on leave. Positive work culture.

Dislikes

Nothing to learn(unity version used is too old). Just hardcore coding. Notice period is too long (3 months), no buyout option. Increament not only depends on your performance but also depends on managers view on you. Less sick leaves (6).
