...ue to covid they decided to terminate us by giving the performance issue reason. If they cant pay to the Employees why do they appoint them. The so called manager always behave weird with the team members. They play only favouritism games over there.

Pragmasys has fired around 150 employees without any pay with immediate effect due to covid-19 situation. This company is without any ethics and morale. Stakeholders of the organization is abusing employee and HR head Mr John Parmar is threatening employees that he will spoil carrer if anyone file legal complaints against them.

Overall it is a very good company to enhance your skills. Within a short span of time, you can learn a lot however from compensation point of view, you may not be satisfied but that is something not different with any other company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. No shift facilities are available for the projects. So, if the client is outside India then you need to work more. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
