No Career Growth No Salary on time (Salary on 20th day) Have to work forcedly for any kind of work No office timing If your work is not liked you will be bitten brutally Abusive and slang language is used by the management If your work is not liked you will be fired on single day without any notice Appointment letter is of no use they don't believe on rules and regulation

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
