Good work environment. They give good salary hike and bonus every year. The managent was very much concern about each and every employee irrespective of their designations.

The only thing is that there will be no chane in designations and had to continue the same process of work over the years.

Higher management does not support, with an high end equipment one can easily achieve high productivity and quality, skilled labour are never hired.
