Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good work environment .... Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal s are fair and they give good salary hike n bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Management will not this technically,always ask for production....if by mistake any tools broken by operator..some about will be debited from his account,no job surety...less appraisal...Good for learning....
