Salary on time.

Dislikes

A lot of things that I don't like: 1. Total company is ran by illiterates. All are the company owner's relative. 2. No company policy in terms of holidays and leaves. They treat all staffs including technical persons like labours. No work no payment. 3. No future growth. 4. No appraisal even after successful in plantation and sales after a year.
