...e firm. The firm denied to support and secure my job at this pandemic situation. Not just that the firm also made me work for free without any salary for a month. Although considering the Pandemic situation the world is facing I waited for a month and half and I also agreed to take half my pay. It’s the worst experience ever working with Pragathi when it comes to salary and other employee considerations.

Dislikes

There is no job training given for the freshers who join the firm. Also the firm conned me with regards to my payment. And when it comes to good design there is allot of office politics that goes on to happen.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
