I have met all villages and try to develop villages e.g. agriculture, women development and village development etc. Job security is not good because no permanent job I means project have limited period. Work culture is very good because I met villager and women they are supported to me and also my team are supportive. Companies policies are good.

Salary is good but career growth is slow because project is limited.

Its a very good organisation in the field of social sector. And i am sure i will learn more and more till working here. Some how i changed myself by working in PRADAN. The way PRADAN engaged with rural farmers, SHG women, showing them right path to grow up is very nice. Its my pleasure that i am also engaged to help them and support them only because of PRADAN.

Dislikes

There is no particular salary structure for the Post of MIS co-coordinator. And the post has no regularize. Organisation can drop this post whenever it needed.

...ike most. There is no concept of boss in PRADAN. So the environment is friendly. Salary is enough. No problem of job security. Nice work environment. The best place of applying innovative idea for the betterment of poor people. So there is too much satisfaction when u can do well for needy people.

Dislikes

Only one problem is that I had to stay in village or semi urban area as i was working with the tribal people. So you have to compromise your lifestyle.

Very toxic culture. The teams work in isolation with the HQ, there is a lot of hierarchy and It’s like getting trapped in a remote area and then it gets difficult to get back to the city life.
