Every thing about the company is bad. The integrator vision is completely different from the team coordinator. All they want you to do is focus on project. They don't focus on development. The team leaders are very snobbish and not at all humble. They don't treat people equally. They don't treat staff other then executive properly. There is no appreciation, only over work.

Rich exposure, good salary benifits

Dislikes

Very toxic culture. The teams work in isolation with the HQ, there is a lot of hierarchy and It’s like getting trapped in a remote area and then it gets difficult to get back to the city life.

I have met all villages and try to develop villages e.g. agriculture, women development and village development etc. Job security is not good because no permanent job I means project have limited period. Work culture is very good because I met villager and women they are supported to me and also my team are supportive. Companies policies are good.

Salary is good but career growth is slow because project is limited.

I am getting a chance to work among the poor people. Along with that, my skill is developing and I also get my salary on time. Because of all these reasons, I feel good working in the Pradan

Dislikes

There is no job security in pradan, there is no provision of transfer for consultant, no insurance policy, and there is no promotion in consultant post. so all these reasons i dislike about working at pradan . I feel that after being a consultant for 4-5 years, there should be promotion to executive post.
