Everything, one of the fake company. Manager P***k G*** is very partial to everybody considering her girlfriend. Everybody knows the thing but nobody does anything. What ever they both want they does. Worst culture with no effectiveness in management and culture. It seems like all the goats run behind a manager goat who only does whatever he wishes ( or his girlfriend wishes).

... fresher and you see fancy numbers and decide to join, you are in for a shock. The salary they show and you draw are totally different. Please please don’t join for any sales role in the company you will regret it and probably affect your mental health.

Salary is on time and incentives are good.

Apart from ontime salary there is nothing good here , bad management apart from few managers , nothing to learnyou exceed your working hours in return of nothing

...th no growth plans, company does not know what their core business is all about. They are blindly copying their piers and unable to raise funds, then do not pay their business partners neither their own employees.

Pay is less without job security. No ethics.

Job security is zero, you may get fire in 1 months of joining if they realise that you no longer required. Worst management they just want you to follow what ever they are asking you to do.

...even though they dont have enough years of experience in sales or management. Huge salary gap between you and upper management. If you are getting 5-6 lpa then your higher management will get 20-30 lpa and their manager may get 50-1 cr/A.
