There is nothing to like in Practo Technologies.

Dislikes

Work culture of Practo Technologies is not good. Environment is so poor that our healthy mind cannot survive. They demotivate you at such a level that you start feeling that you are useless. If any college student are getting placed there then please don't go because they won't allow you to take leave for your exams and they don't support freshers also.

There is no job security in this company. Just like that they hire and fire people.

Practo gives a holiday list which is irrelevant, as ur TL's shall ask u to work on that same day as well. Working hours are from 9:30AM to 7:30 PM actually, but one cannot leave by 7:30 PM.

Practo was definitely fine until the latest changes in the upper management. They have completely messed the whole process. There is no job security. You will get a call from the HR on any day and they will force you to write in a resignation mail. Very bad experience.

Disgusting organisation with no growth plans, company does not know what their core business is all about. They are blindly copying their piers and unable to raise funds, then do not pay their business partners neither their own employees.
