Company is good for salary on time , hr desk is also very supportive but sales leaders are very less experienced so they dont know how to handle objections of employees

The sales managers starting from TL to senior director , they all will just give false commitment never believe them especially kazeem shaik ( Religious biased person he only promotes his community people and give then good hike ) and Nikhil Khursija ( underaged manager of 22 years got the job by reference of a Senior manager )

Everything, one of the fake company. Manager P***k G*** is very partial to everybody considering her girlfriend. Everybody knows the thing but nobody does anything. What ever they both want they does. Worst culture with no effectiveness in management and culture. It seems like all the goats run behind a manager goat who only does whatever he wishes ( or his girlfriend wishes).

... fresher and you see fancy numbers and decide to join, you are in for a shock. The salary they show and you draw are totally different. Please please don’t join for any sales role in the company you will regret it and probably affect your mental health.

Apart from ontime salary there is nothing good here , bad management apart from few managers , nothing to learnyou exceed your working hours in return of nothing

Only salary comes on time. That's it nothing else.

Most of it. First of all there is no job security. You can be fired anytime. Seniors will ask you to join VC and pheeww you are fired without any reason. No work life balance. You work at 12PM or 6AM. There is no specific work time. There is no reward for your time.
