The team and employees are great. They have some great talent that they keep taking for granted. Workplace trauma bonding is a real thing here, as everyone across teams faces similar problems and tries to help each other out in whichever way possible.

Dislikes

Directionless management. No vision. False promises one after another. Did not pay employees their deserved Variable Pay & promised ESOP which eventually never came. As a healthcare company, extremely toxic towards employee health. God forbid, if you fall sick & have to take leaves for more than the usual stipulated time, you will have to undergo Loss Of Pay. HR is just a puppet to please the leadership.

They had a product to manage appointments which was quite good.

...g. When I was expecting a baby and I asked for one favour to reduce my travel. But they clearly denied and forced me to take maternity leaves then leaves without pay and post that asked me to resign. They were very noncooperative when I needed their support.

salary gets credited every month. believe me i thought for 15 mins and i cant find any other things i like.

Hoooo boy!!! . 1.the culture its toxic (you can basically see people in higher position diching on others openly) 2.HR they only make soo many stupid rules(i don't know how to explain it in few words , join this company u will get to know). 3.Security - come on!! i will just give one eg.. im there at practo for 4 years initially it was good and then they hired some new CEO and this guy believe me is a specimen its basicaly its firt time running an org of scale. so he just forces evey one to work , he has his favourites, he is openly making people to work all week , and firing people is a new trend ,, and they hold meetings and say work hard else u will get fired and this let to a panic and brought the worst out of every one and basically the culture is gone. worklife Balance - in other companies they atleast talk or give it some thought but here its a different game all together (basically i some times take leave or say im sick to sleep on weekends ofcours ) fun facts : 1.there was a time where people didnt join practo bcs of its glass-door reviews soo they added a bunch of fake reviews 2.i have personally seen people running away from this company bcs of its rich culture (resigning with out an offer , resigning after a week of joining etc btw its not once or twice its just happning like every few times a month) 3. honestly if ur reading til now u either got a call or an existing employee in both cases im sorry for u.

Everything, one of the fake company. Manager P***k G*** is very partial to everybody considering her girlfriend. Everybody knows the thing but nobody does anything. What ever they both want they does. Worst culture with no effectiveness in management and culture. It seems like all the goats run behind a manager goat who only does whatever he wishes ( or his girlfriend wishes).

Salary benefits:- No hike and they will make fake promises that it will be done in the next quarter Promotion and appraisals where they will give the responsibilities and they will not get any promotions or appraisals Job Security:- there is no job security if you have worked as a P+ worker also there is no security. Skill development and learning:- they will provide you an old KT and they will push us to live within 15 days of joining with our proper KT , Worksatisfaction :- they will higher the TL and manager who doesn't know the product and asking for the SLA ETA ETC:,
