HR policies are not employee friendly. It differs from employee to employee. No development or succession plan for employees. Employee retention is terribly poor. Management has no vision. About 90 percent employees are not happy.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The product quality is good. Had a good Boss to work with, it was a learning experience.

Dislikes

Decent compensation with no growth. There was no proper appraisal procedure so career growth opportunities are limited. No proper plan goes upon opening new geography's resulting in frequent shutdown of operations and employee layoff.

I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace. Working with talented and supportive colleagues not only boosts productivity but also makes each day enjoyable. The autonomy and trust I receive from my superiors are remarkable

Dislikes

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I’ve mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role

Management is not supportive All key operations & Control's are bind to Chennai office despite largest plant in Shrirampur both in terms of manufacturing capacity & in terms of quality milk collection that too with very low manpower cost & easy availability. Strict timing No flexible work hours 6 day working
