Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Likes

Very good work culture, Freedom to share and implement your thoughts. Middle management plant level is very supportive nature. Top management from Mumbai gives you a authority to enhance yourself. Overall Good. Growing company, lots of projects in pipeline, Job security is very good because of work load and that is better for employee.(Only need to implement their own standards like MNCs)
