Exposure to various manufacturing activities from sheet metal stamping, tool room, welding, assemblies and auto electrical manufacturing. Prabha has been constantly learning and growing oragnisation with a good mix human resources from experience to Young aspiring engineers. A very good oragnisation with diversified manufacturing processes under one roof.

Need more work on execution humane resources and their competencies.

Very good work culture, Freedom to share and implement your thoughts. Middle management plant level is very supportive nature. Top management from Mumbai gives you a authority to enhance yourself. Overall Good. Growing company, lots of projects in pipeline, Job security is very good because of work load and that is better for employee.(Only need to implement their own standards like MNCs)

Job security is absolutely bad. Though Chairman and MD are ethical and want to have best practices. However only one person is damaging the culture and company.

Teammates are good .The unproductive work in each department is threat to company. Unnecessary work pressure on employees.
