Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Don't work for this company because they frequently postpone pay.If you earn more than 40,000 per month, you must wait four months to collecting one month's salary.Everyone will speak over you and work against you if you speak up.They are behaviour before joining like navratna Company but situation is totally different after joining.

In the company the company staff is good. Sometimes helpful too.

Dislikes

The main thing i disliked is that they do not provide u salary on time they always delay the salary for more then 10 to 15 days. And the another reason is the HR department work is terrible.your whole work related to hr and accounting department is too terrible.

...very well manner.From last 2.5 yrs maybe 2% or less staff was leave the company.Site salary done by 7th of every month with all statutory add-on.
