Good clientele. But onee of the worst places to work at for a new PR Professional.

Dislikes

The entire culture is extremely toxic and based on who can be a people pleaser. There is no training for new joinees. Everything depends on who is the manager overlooking each person's work. No value is given to an individual's work and the issues are never heard. The management doesn't tend to the juniors at all, who are 24*7 dying with work. No concept of a work life balance at all.
